Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using Vibe and Go (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms (see Article 12).

2. Description of the service

Vibe and Go is an automated quality-assurance platform designed for no-code and low-code creators. It lets you test a live web application across multiple devices and browsers, and generates a plain-language report describing the issues found.

2.1 What Vibe and Go does

The Service opens your application in real browsers (for example Chromium and WebKit) on a range of device profiles, and interacts with it the way a real visitor would: clicking through pages, filling in forms, and checking pages against a fixed catalogue of technical, security, performance, accessibility and SEO checks. Findings are compiled into a report available on your dashboard and, where applicable, as a downloadable PDF.

2.2 Scope of automated checks

The Service currently evaluates a fixed set of 64 predefined check types across seven categories (security, forms and flows, performance, reliability, visual and layout, accessibility, and SEO hints). This list is not exhaustive: it does not constitute a full security audit, a legal compliance audit, or a guarantee that your application is free of defects. Issues outside the scope of these checks may exist without being detected or reported.

3. Eligibility and account registration

3.1 Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@vibeango.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate an account created with false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable use

4.1 Authorization to scan

You may only use the Service to test web applications that you own, or for which you have obtained the explicit, prior authorization of the owner or operator. You are solely responsible for confirming that you hold this authorization before launching a scan. Scanning a third party's application without authorization may expose you to legal liability that Vibe and Go bears no responsibility for.

4.2 Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) test applications you are not authorized to test; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload or degrade the Service or the infrastructure it runs on; (c) circumvent any usage limits, quotas or access controls; (d) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose; or (e) reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any use we reasonably believe violates this Article.

5. How scanning works: real-world testing disclaimer

5.1 Real browser interactions and form submissions

To produce realistic results, the Service interacts with your application the way an actual visitor would. This includes submitting forms it encounters during a scan (for example contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or authentication flows), using a clearly identifiable test identity reserved for this purpose. As a direct consequence, a scan may generate real database entries, real outgoing emails, or trigger real downstream automations configured on your application (for example a notification to your team, or a message sent to a third-party service you have connected). You are responsible for reviewing and, if needed, removing any test data or test communications generated by a scan.

5.2 Recommended use of staging environments

Where possible, we recommend running scans against a staging or test environment rather than a live production environment, particularly for applications where a real form submission could trigger a cost (for example a paid notification, a physical action, or a communication to one of your own customers or users). You acknowledge and accept this risk when you choose to scan a production URL.

5.3 No guarantee of exhaustiveness

A completed scan and a report showing no findings for a given check do not constitute a guarantee that your application is free of the corresponding issue. They mean only that the issue was not detected during that specific scan, within the scope of the checks described in Article 2.2, and under the conditions present at the time of the scan (for example network conditions, the state of your application, or the availability of the pages crawled).

6. Data protection and confidentiality

6.1 What we collect

We collect the information necessary to operate the Service: your account information, the URLs and application data you submit for scanning, the content of the resulting reports, and standard technical and usage data (such as log data) needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

6.2 We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or your application data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service, and to communicate with you about your account and your scans.

6.3 Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data and scan reports for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@vibeango.com.

6.4 Subprocessors and third-party services

We rely on a limited number of third-party providers (for example hosting, email delivery and AI-model providers) strictly to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf, under contractual obligations consistent with this Article, and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, interfaces, design, methodology and the check catalogue described in Article 2.2, is the exclusive property of Vibe and Go and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Your intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your data, including the URLs you submit and any content belonging to the application you scan. You grant us a limited license to access, process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Not an exhaustive audit

As described in Article 2.2, the Service checks for a fixed set of predefined issue types. It is not a substitute for a full security audit, a manual code review, a legal compliance review, or professional advice. We cannot be held liable for any issue, vulnerability or defect that falls outside the scope of these checks, whether or not it is later discovered by you or a third party.

8.3 Performance checks may vary slightly

A small number of our checks measure page performance (load speed, visual stability, first paint). These specific measurements can vary slightly from one scan to another on an unchanged site, due to normal network and server timing conditions, the same way real-world performance tools behave. This variability does not affect the other 60+ checks in a scan, which are deterministic and consistent. Findings from these specific checks are marked "May vary" in your report.

8.4 Cap on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Exclusion of indirect and consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vibe and Go, its officers, employees and partners, from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service in breach of Article 4 (Acceptable use); (b) your lack of authorization to scan an application as described in Article 4.1; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

10. Fees and billing

Fees for paid plans are described on our pricing page and are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date; the Service may be suspended if a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular Article 4 (Acceptable use). You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; certain provisions of these Terms (including Articles 6, 7, 8 and 9) survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vibe and Go's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms in good faith by contacting us at hello@vibeango.com.

14. Contact
