Checks that can vary slightly

A small number of our checks measure page performance (load speed, visual stability, first paint). These specific measurements can vary slightly from one scan to another on an unchanged site, due to normal network and server timing conditions, the same way real-world performance tools behave. This does not affect the other 60+ checks in a scan, which are deterministic and consistent. Findings from these checks are marked "May vary" in your report. The same wording appears in our Terms of Service (article 8), this isn't a separate policy.
